About Us
Whitespace Business Advisors is a young startup! Our founding members are professionals who have worked in B2C and B2B segments and have varied experienced in Education, Engineering, IT, ITES, BFSI sectors. With more than 28+ years in the corporate world, they are now stepping out to setup their own enterprise and intend to help individuals as well as business with their expertise in the areas of Talent Transformation, Business transformation and Executive Coaching.

Executive Coaching
We are helping top executives, directors, mid-to senior managers to move forward relative to their personal and professional goals. We are ICF coaches and follow GROW model of coaching. Our founding members are Marshal Goldsmith Certified coaches, using a very structured approach they bring in measurable results in the development journey of a leader.

Signature programs
Our experience and study suggest that for an individual as well as an organization to be successful one need to undertake a transition journey from individual contributor – manager – leader. This journey is an exciting one and requires desire, focus and commitment from individuals / organization. We specialize in program design, content development, implementation and establishing performance parameters to measure growth. For this purpose, we have designed Signature programs. Each of the signature program has a component of coaching support. We firmly believe that in order to ingrain the learning for managerial and leadership roles, training alone wont suffice, it needs to be backed up by Coaching calls with Manager/leader in order to help them adapt to new role and also provide them support in order to discuss and find solutions to new situation they find themselves in.
