Leadership Experience Labs
A cohort learning ecosystem for the leaders you already have.
Leadership Experience Labs runs managers and senior leaders through a four-stage journey. What changes between them is the scenario in front of them — written for the decisions each level actually faces.
Does this sound familiar?
You run a great workshop. Six months later, nobody can tell you what changed.
The new managers get one programme, the senior ones get another. Nobody's speaking the same language.
A manager sits through a session on difficult conversations, then avoids the one on their desk.
The first time someone practises a hard conversation, it's with a real person who deserved better.
At the end you have a feedback score of 4.3. Finance asks what it bought.
Next year, a new batch. Start again from the beginning.
The Journey
A baseline for every manager
Where each one stands today, and what their role is actually asking of them.
A rehearsal before it counts
The hard conversation gets tried in a scenario first, not on a real team member.
A change made at work
One commitment carried into live work, with their manager in the loop.
Evidence the business can read
What shifted, per manager and per cohort, in your dashboard.

Aman is a first-time manager, Priya runs managers of her own, and Vikram leads a division. Same journey, different scenarios.

The same situation, read from three chairs
A missed deadline.
First-time manager — raising the slip early, when the instinct is to absorb it quietly.
Mid-level manager — deciding what to reprioritise across teams, and telling the sponsor.
Senior manager — reading a recurring slip as a system signal, not an incident.
Outcomes
Managers who raise problems early instead of absorbing them quietly
Performance conversations that happen when they should, not two quarters late
One way of managing across levels, so everyone means the same thing by the same words
A record of what each manager changed at work, not what they attended
Why Whitespace
Most leadership content is bought once and ages in place. The Leadership Experience Labs library is ours — we build it, we maintain it, and every cohort inherits the improvements made for the one before it.
One journey runs across first-time managers to division heads, so an organisation ends up with a common way of managing rather than three disconnected programmes. And what each manager changed at work is recorded, so the conversation at renewal starts from evidence.

Start with one cohort
Tell us what your managers are grappling with. We'll show you the journey, the scenario library, and what a first cohort would look like in your organisation.
A cohort starts at ten seats and grows in blocks of five, which is what keeps the group small enough for everyone to practise.
Every cohort is assigned a Cohort Principal who runs it end to end — scheduling, questions, progress, governance. That role can sit with your team or ours.
