Orientation and Induction program for MBA Pharma @ DYPatil

I had the privilege of conducting an orientation and induction session for the first-year MBA Pharma students at DY Patil Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and and Research,Pune (DYPIPSR). It was an enriching experience, and I thoroughly enjoyed the interaction with this bright and enthusiastic group of future leaders.

The session was an excellent opportunity to delve into the importance of an MBA, particularly in the Pharma sector, and how this program can be a transformative step in their careers. We explored the strategic positioning of the MBA program from a career perspective, emphasizing how it equips students with essential skills and knowledge to navigate the complexities of the business world.

In addition to the core curriculum, we discussed the importance of developing both soft and hard skills that are critical to their success. Whether their goal is to become job-ready or embark on an entrepreneurial journey, these skills will play a pivotal role in their future endeavors. We also touched upon a Success Framework designed to guide students in their academic and professional lives, helping them to align their efforts with their long-term goals.
