Maval Association of IT

It was an honor and a privilege to meet and address 55+ Business Owners from MAIT. More than 200 IT and IT-enabled supportive small-scale enterprising service providers are in this Industrial twin township catering to the IT segment of PCMC and neighboring areas.

The leadership team of MAIT Mr.Arjun G, Mr.Laxman B, and Mr.Sanjay P wanted to organize a session where the association members can learn about the essentials of Business and understand Key steps to build a Sustainable as well as Scalable Business.

We organized this seminar titled "Business Success Blueprint" for this excited and motivated group on April 8. We had meaningful discussions on multiple topics including:

a. Essentials of Entrepreneurship
b. Pillars of Successful Business (MSME)
c. Scale Square - a framework to create and monitor your business

The group had queries related to timely payments, hiring, attrition, motivating the team, marketing, and sales as well as how to grow the business. It was a great interaction with all of them and I am happy we could add value to the expectation of the group.

It was also a great opportunity to network with like-minded people who have excellent skills as well as aspirations to take their business to the next level.

We are now discussing similar engagements to be conducted from time to time so as to enhance/upgrade the skills of these Entrepreneurs, helping them to stabilize as well as grow their businesses. More than just training them, the focus will be on handholding and implementation support.
