First, I will begin with a Thank you for all our Panelists and Participants to join this program with lot of positivity as well as good intent. Our members were representatives IT, Pharma, Manufacturing, Engineering as well as Consultants from the industry.
We began our program with a Panel discussion, where in we tried to understand how organizations like 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀, 𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗵𝗮𝗸 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 view digitization of HR.
We had very good discussions and am sharing few key learnings/messages the emerged through this event :
a. It is essential for all businesses to plan Change Management activities when they are introducing newer systems/processes.
b. It is important that we view HR as Operational as well as Strategic function. Operational part is easy to Digitize with available tools and options in the market.
c. HR can be viewed thru the lens of Maturity model. Level 1 to 4 indicate the maturity levels 1 being lowest and 4 being the highest level where our able to predict how your organization can plan and perform in future
d. It is now essential that we co create and engage employees in decision making process and not restrict the same only to HR Department
We also discussed 11 steps to Successful HR Digitization. We concluded our program with our partner 247HRM made a presentation of their Cloud based product.
